Our Story
Muskan is the Hindi name given to me by people I met in India. I chose it for this small restaurant in the hills of Kahoku, Kami City.
My journey began when I discovered Indian home cooking—not restaurant curry, but the kind of curry woven into everyday life.
“There are as many curries as there are spices.”
After 20 years of learning, cooking, and tasting, I make food that feels approachable yet full of depth—plates meant to be enjoyed together.
Fair Trade
Fair trade supports artisans through fair compensation and greater economic independence. We value the connection it creates between makers around the world and the people who visit our restaurant.
